In general, Man wants to live a long and healthy life. The Siddhas from ancient times used the means for that well-being and lived long lives with excellent physical resources, intelligence and intelligence. Exercise can help strengthen muscles. Yoga practice will protect the health, intuition, cognitive development and vitality of the internal organs with youth and radiance at all times. Yoga and meditation are essential for every human being.
Yoga means Union with god. Asana is a physical exercise. Yoga practised with Asana is called
Yogasana.
It focuses on bringing harmony between mind ,body and Atman.
Normal exercise only helps to maintain a good physical appearance.
Yoga practice helps in maintaining a good physical health by enabling the smooth functioning of
internal organs. Not only that, Yoga enhances integrity of the mind.
Meditation or Dhyana helps in maintaining a clear mind, increases memory power and guides us to
be morally disciplined.
Yoga and meditation are very important to be practised right from childhood.

Our movement in association with MODERN HEALTHY YOGA AND MEDITATION has been providing free yoga training to students in schools.
One hour Session :
1. Pranayama(Breathing Exercise)
2. Surya Namaskar
3. Thoppukaranam ( SUPER BRAIN YOGA )
4. Shanti Asana
Things to consider before doing yoga:
1. Yoga Asana needs to be practiced on empty stomach.
2. Practice Yoga on a mat in a ventilated space.
3. Practice for atleast 15 minutes daily.
Diet :
1. Take ten black peanuts every night and soak them in the morning on an empty stomach to get good protein.
2. Eating gooseberry, a highly nutritious fruit available in lowest price, 2 times a week, will result in more agility and body radiance.
3. Spinach should be included in the diet frequently to enhance memory.
At the end of the training we will complete the program by giving gooseberry juice.
